Fzh Studio provides simple software and website development services for end users at relatively affordable prices. Our services include:

1. Link in Bio Pages Simple pages or sites focused on personal needs, ideal for social media profiles.
2. Simple Store Pages Basic store pages with WhatsApp integration. Customers can place orders via WhatsApp with pre-set messages, and you can confirm manually. Payment details (bank account numbers or payment gateway information) are sent to the customer. Once payment is confirmed, you may proceed with shipping or delivering the goods/services.
3. Blog Templates & Static Store Pages built with Eleventy. Content is written via Markdown from GitHub's native apps (available on the Play Store).
4. Maintenance & Management Assistance Need help editing or managing your website? Contact us via WhatsApp for support.

Ordering

By ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Service details, pricing, and timeline will be discussed and mutually agreed upon through WhatsApp communication.

Code Rights

Upon completion of the service and fulfillment of all payment obligations, you are entitled to receive the full source code. You have complete rights to:

1. Modify the code
2. Use the code for personal or commercial purposes
3. Resell the code

Pricing Schemes

We offer three service packages to suit your needs:

Scheme A: Code Only

You purchase the raw source code and deploy it yourself on your chosen hosting platform. What you get:

1. Raw source code (editable and reusable)
2. Freedom to redeploy on any hosting platform

Scheme B: Deployment

We help deploy your project for you. What you get:

1. Raw source code (editable and reusable)
2. A subdirectory URL, e.g., fzh.pages.dev/yourname

Scheme C: Deployment + Domain

We deploy your project and set up your own subdomain. What you get:

1. Raw source code (editable and reusable)
2. A subdomain URL, e.g., yourname.pages.dev
3. Accounts for Gmail, GitHub, and hosting platform (Cloudflare by default)

Third-Party Platforms

We utilize the following third-party services:

1. GitHub – for code storage and version control
2. Cloudflare – for deploying all projects
3. Gmail – for email client communication By using our services, you agree to comply with the policies and terms of these third-party platforms.

User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all content you provide, including but not limited to:

1. Text
2. Images
3. Links
4. Other materials You must ensure that your content does not:
5. Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
7. Violate the rights of others

Limitation of Liability

Fzh Studio shall not be held responsible for:

1. Service disruptions
2. Data loss
3. Damages caused by third-party platforms (GitHub, Cloudflare, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.)
4. Events beyond our reasonable control

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
